Steve Sapp
Steve has been an employee of Marion Housing Authority for over 20 years and served as its CEO for the last 7. He holds a BSM (magna cum laude) from Indiana Wesleyan University and has completed Executive Director Education Program (EDEP) training from Rutgers University, NAHRO. He has completed many Professional Training and Certifications, in Public Housing, Excellence in Customer Service, Section 8, and Rental Housing Tax Credit Compliance. Steve serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for Hope City Inc. and Vice Chairman of the Board for Family Service Society Inc. He is a member of the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials, Public Housing Authorities Directors Association, Kids Hope USA, and serves as Worship Pastor of Bethel Worship Center.
