Rent:The rental rate depends upon the number of bedrooms:
The rental rate includes access to community features and services provided for tenants.
Rent Assistance: Through our partnership with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), rent assistance is available to low-income individuals and families. For those who qualify, approximately 30% of tenants’ monthly income is expected to be applied towards rent, and then HUD pays the difference. Medical expenses can also be used as deductions from the tenant rent portion. Rents are also adjusted with changing income.
Contact our Main Office for more information, to see if you qualify, and to schedule an appointment.
