Emergency Repairs

• Threat to the safety of life
• Circumstances that could cause injury to person or facility
• Cause detriment to the facility, residents, staff or visitors

Emergencies include the following, but are not limited to:

• Gas Leaks
• Major water leaks
• Stopped up toilets or sinks
• No Heat. No air conditioning in high-rise units
• No electricity
• Explosions / Fires (Fire Department must also be notified)
• Damages to facility
• Elevators out of order 
• Apartment door and door knobs not working
• No hot water
